Pretty sure that the whole thing was a sketch, and that you shouldn't be watching satire and tooting the horn at the same time.
Yeah, I thought about that as I was writing it up--would people think I believed it was a real show? The set up for a joke is sometimes as important as the joke itself and I agree, the original set up was way funnier. This set up could bum one out if they were hoping for a real show. Maybe I'll rewrite.
